He graduated in Electronics Science from Pune University and studied Management from Institute of Chartered and Financial Analyst of India (ICFAI).
Dr. Girish founded Texas School of Mental Health in USA and Netherland to cater to the most critical and global issue of increasing mental health problems. He wisely realized a huge gap between the demand and supply of mental health experts across the world and missing of latest triggers related to mental health such as internet, social media, urbanization, global migration, mix of cultures, industrialization, modern science and its impact on changed life style and so on in existing educational programs .
Dr. Girish founded Magnum Opus, which has became one of the leading social companies focusing on providing solutions to the issues in the effective governance and bridging the gap in implementing policies, schemes, and acts. His number of innovative solutions has been adopted by various State Governments and number of High Courts have mandated in the respective states. Those includes his invention of Save The Baby Girl and Active Tracker System: for controlling the sex determination and abortion of girl fetus, E-Chavadi- land record system, M Supply: Public Distribution System, Randomization System: for parliamentary and assembly elections, CSC: government to citizen services, Smart Rain Tracker: automated rainfall measurement system and so on.
Dr. Girish founded Rising India Research Foundation in the year 2014 and working on the issues of gender equality and women empowerment.
He initiated number of innovative projects such as Only Daughters Club; to facilitate the parents having only daughters, Rikshathon; innovative awareness program to support “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao”(save and educate girls) campaign of Government of India, a research on “Impact of work on the mental and physical health of working women”, Declining child sex ratio in association with Maharashtra State Women Commission and so on.
