Save the Baby Girl, System and Method for the effective implementation of the PCPNDT Act and saving the girl child, patent pending.
Magnum Opus, with the objective of using technology to solve the social problem and assist the Government by reducing the workload, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the work of the Government officers using intelligent technology.
Magnum Opus has implemented the save the baby girl and active tracker technology in more than 50 districts across India. Magnum Opus first invented Silent Observer (SIOB), which was further upgraded to Active Tracker and now Active Tracker+.
Magnum Opus has got various national and international awards for its work and projects, like Times of India Social Impact Award, Nasscom Social Honors, Manthan Awards, eBillionth Award, International Star Quality Award and many more.

Dr. Girish Lad founded Rising India Research Foundation in the year 2014 and working on the issues of gender equality and women empowerment.
He initiated number of innovative projects such as Only Daughters Club: to facilitate the parents having only daughters, Rikshathon: innovative awareness program to support “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao”(save and educate girls) campaign of Government of India, a research on “Impact of work on the mental and physical health of working women”, declining child sex ratio in association with Maharashtra State Women Commission and so on.
